hey its me, Peyton.

Hey Y'all,

SO this is my first blog post EVER. I am currently sitting at my desk in Columbia, SC procrastinating studying for my Finance final.

I guess I should start by explaining how I plan to use this platform while Im abroad....Well the plan is to blog at least once a week to keep everyone up to date as to how life in ROME is. (I still get chills when I remember ill be living in the Eternal City for five whole months.) I hope to travel, shop, explore, grow and eat my weight in gelato--thats exactly what I want this blog to document.

That being said I probably should finish this semester before I start talking about the next, and these finals aren't going to study for themselves (unfortunately).

I guess I should do an American sign off since I'm not officially Roman (yet).
